The Letters

The series of letters sent to the debtor by constitute a very powerful demand for payment. Each letter is progressively stronger than the one before, and each has proven itself time and time again. The actual wording of the letters is based on the type of collection you have identified to us. The three categories available are delinquent payment, NSF check, and judicial judgment.

The first letter in the series informs the debtor that the account has been turned over for collection and demands either payment or an explanation. The second letter warns of the consequences of delinquency and your determination to pursue collection. The third letter warns that if payment is not received immediately, the debtor will be reported to the major credit bureaus. The final letter suggests that a lawsuit may be filed unless payment is received, and describes the possible consequences of litigation.

Each letter is postage-paid, includes a detachable payment voucher addressed directly to you, and a return envelope. All letters comply with all provisions of the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act).
